Brandy Pinder is a licensed massage therapist who wanted to make a career of massage since she was 15 years old. She graduated from the Swedish Institute of Health Sciences in December 2011 and holds an associate’s degree in occupational studies with a focus on massage therapy. Since then, she has obtained a certificate in Medical Massage and is working towards obtaining a certification in massage for sports and sports related injuries.
Brandy has worked at Bronx Wellness since 2012 and is the most sought massage therapist. She specializes in are clients with chronic pain and / or chronic illnesses as well as musculoskeletal injuries.
She has participated in long-distance cycling for 4 years, completed 2 duathlons, and will be completing her first triathlon this year. Not surprisingly, she has suffered a number of sports related injuries ranging from Achilles tendonitis, IT band friction syndrome, and sciatica; all of which, she feels has turned her into a well-rounded as well as empathetic massage therapist!
