About Lorna

Lorna Castro-Morales is a Licensed Acupuncturist and Massage Therapist who has worked with several clinics within the tri-state area with a primary focus on pain management. She has over 30 years’ experience in both the public and private sectors. Throughout her career, she has served as an Acupuncturist, Massage Therapist, Community Activist, Case Manager and Pastoral Care Counselor.  Mrs. Castro-Morales has utilized her different positions to educate, engage and reach out to her community addressing pain and heath issues through a holistic approach. She is a pioneer in her industry.

Her expertise include but are not limited to individual treatment plans for pain management, diabetes, hypertension and weight loss. She has been an advocate in the policies implemented in the HIV/AIDS prevention method, also a champion advocate on mental health issues and drug abuse policy. She has seamlessly utilized her Holistic Approach along with Acupuncture to effectively manage her clients and build long lasting relationships.

Mrs. Castro-Morales holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the College of New Rochelle and a Masters in Acupuncture from Tristate College of Acupuncture along with a certification in Auricular Acupuncture.  She is a licensed Massage Therapist and a Certified Pastoral Care Counselor.
