About Norvelys
Who is Norvelys Arias, LMT
Norvelys holds an Associates in Occupational Studies from The Swedish Institute massage therapy program, where she graduated with high honors.
She received her NYS license in massage therapy in 2023 and has been working as a full time licensed massage therapist since then. Norvelys understands the complexities of living in a fast-paced world and the stressors that accompany everyday life. As such, it is her mission to impart the benefits of regular massage to her clients and the importance of self-care.
She uses a combination of different modalities to customize the very best treatment plan to suit her clients’ needs with an emphasis on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. She favors techniques from deep tissue and myofascial release and is very passionate and committed to helping clients manage chronic pain, stress and tension.
